Live Chat Privacy Policy Why am I asked for my email address?
Most chat programs are set up to require your e-mail address as is this one, but most are set up to keep your information stored for marketing purposes and/or to keep track of where you are on a site. We are very adamant about respecting your privacy and will never abuse your right to shop privately.
We never know if or when you're on our site unless you chat with us, and when your chat is ended, your information is gone from our system. Volusion has assured us that they do not collect your information either.
We have no reason to keep your information and will never keep your address on file for any reason other than if you have specifically asked us to contact you in the future about a product or service.
